This is an H mount adapter plate that goes on ixpress and I think also CF style digital backs by Imacon / Hasselblad that allows fitment of those backs to the H camera bodies. For more information, I have the manual for these adapters available for download.
Condition is excellent. Comes with the protective cap (for the pins), the box, software CD, screws and screwdriver.
