This is a new in box adapter kit to fit Sinar eMotion 75LV, 75, eMotion 54, eMotion 22, and  eSpirit 65LV backs to the Hy6 cameras.  It comes with the adapter plate and metal sensor cover, viewfinder masks, metal shim, screws, screwdriver and instruction sheet.
