In good condition with original box. There is a small dent on front side edge of this but I checked it and it does not affect operation in any way. The 9mm extension tube will get you a bit closer for portraits without taking too much light away. It's probably the most used size. This is the older generation of tubes and not recommended for auto focus lenses or Hy6 / AFi cameras. Works fine with SLX and 6000 cameras with manual focus lenses.
