This is a close up accessory for Rolleiflex TLR's with size bay II filter mount. The Rolleinar 3 is the set with the closest range of the three. The thin ring fits on the taking lens, and the thick one goes on the viewing lens and has an prism to correct for parallax.
Very good condition overall with leather case. The taking lens is excellent, the viewing lens has one big dust spec inside (which obviously won't affect images!).
