Complete adapter kit to mount Sinar eMotion backs to Hy6 / AFi cameras. Includes the adapter plate (552.36.285), screws, correct 0.8mm shim, 552.36.243 focus screen mask overlay, 552.36.205 cover plate for when not on camera, screwdriver and instructions. Comes in original box. Lightly used, but in excellent shape. Mask and screwdriver never opened.
