Return and Refunds Policy

Rolleiflex USA Return policy:

We do accept returns on new items with a period of 21 days or less from when the item was shipped.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   Only items purchased from Rolleiflex USA may be returned to us.  Proof of purchase is required. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, DHW-Fototechnik GmbH.  Used items are sold as is, with no implied warranty. 
We work hard to answer all your pre-purchase questions and wish that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about how the cameras or products work.   Demo cameras are available for loan to interested parties. Please contact us immediately by e-mail (info@Rolleiflex.us) or phone (415-513-7470) if there is an issue with any purchase you made with us.  Our aim is to make sure you are satisfied and will work with you to get any issues resolved.  
DHW-Fototechnik provides a warrantee for two years (from import date) and in the rare event an item is not functioning correctly, we can assist you with getting service. 

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will send you another notification e-mail with the amount, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days (hopefully less). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Please contact us via e-mail at info@rolleiflex.us or by phone 415-513-7470 during the hours of 9am to 5pm Pacific.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
