I'm going to be honest and say that I don't know a lot about this accessory, other than what the box says. It seems to be used to mount a flash unit on SLX or SL2000 but I'm not sure how it fits together. It does look complete with nothing missing. The box has a lot of shelf wear, but the item looks unused.
