This started life as a Cambo Hy6 adapter plate and a aftermarket baby Lihof rear plate which I had machined to fit together. The purpose was to use my Leaf AFi and later Leaf Credo digital backs with a large format camera that had tilt and swing and some movements. In my case I used the Linhof Tech 70 which has an awesome rangefinder and decent movements. The look of those older lenses is also quite nice.
This isn't exactly pretty but it works fine with no issues. Unfortunately the sensor position did not come out the same as film. What I did on my Linhof was to just change the stops on the bed for the digital such that the cam was aligned to infinity and it worked great from there.
