This is one of the special lenses for the Rolleiflex SLR systems that often get's overlooked. It happens to be one of the sharpest lenses available and has a really cool large format look and beautifully smooth bokeh. This might be because it has no retro focal element and a huge image circle. The large image circle allows it to be used on Rollei's technical camera the Xact2 with maximum movements. I use my copy with a custom-built tilt-shift mechanism attached to my Hy6 Mod2. This works super well for product photography. But you don't need anything really special to use this lens, just enough extension - 68mm or more. So a bellows extension would be perfect but you can also use the 68mm extension tube.
This copy has a fair amount of cosmetic wear but scratch-free glass and has been tested and is working well. You will see some bubbles in the rear - this is known as 'schneideritis' which is common with older Schneider lenses where the edges of the glass start to bubble. It doesn't affect image quality.
